Finding your grade 3 confidence
This course is aimed at any
paddler who feels like they are stretching themselves when
they leave the comfort of their local grade 2 runs or anyone
who would like to feel in total control on grade 3 water.
If you feel fearful, anxious or nervous on grade 2/3 then
this is the course for you. The course will teach and develop
the skills of river running and progress each paddler toward
mastery of the river at grade 3. During one to one |

sessions
each person will have the opportunity to work past limiting
beliefs, resolve past traumatic events,remove fears (stoppers/ strainers /rocks) and build confidence in themselves. On the river the coaching offered will be tailored to individual needs. As well as developing individual skill there will be a strong focus on the leadership element of river running and the opportunity to lead sections of the rivers will be open to all. The tools of NLP and Hypnosis used alongside some top quality coaching will make this one of the most intense learning experiences you've ever had!
Become confident on grade 4
This course is aimed at paddlers who wish to feel totally confident in running more technical and demanding rivers. The course will develop and tune up your existing skills and give you the mental approach to make the right decisions every time, with confidence. If you currently experience indecision, anxiety about making the right calls, doubts about your own ability or nervousness on the harder stuff, I can guarantee this course will help you become the paddler you want to be. During one to one sessions each person will have the opportunity to work past limiting beliefs, resolve past traumatic events, remove fears (stoppers/strainers/rocks/leading others) and build confidence in themselves. The theme of leadership of others and learning the skills to work smoothly with others will form a part of the course and you will develop strategies and skills to navigate the most challenging of rivers. The tools of NLP and Hypnosis used alongside some top quality coaching will
make this one of the most intense learning experiences you've ever had.

Lead Climbing Breakthrough Weekends
If you're keen to take your climbing to that next level. Where the rope hangs below instead of pulling from above, your head needs to be in order. Technical climbing skill without confidence in your self and your abilities will not open the door to the adventure that is Lead Climbing. Maybe you've experienced a fall and are struggling to regain that confident you or perhaps you've got that SPA assessment or MIA assessment coming up and you're not certain you're climbing at the grade. Whatever the reason, know that the answer lies here. Our mix of coaching the technical skills of climbing alongside the coaching of the cognitive aspect of the sport will help unlock the ability that you know is within. Mountain Navigation Breakthrough Weekend
The debate rages. Is navigation a skill or an art? Who cares! Without it, whatever it is you're lost in the wilderness. If you've a passion for the great outdoors and a desire to return safely back to civilisation in time for tea and cakes then come and learn how to use a map and compass with confidence. Our navigation courses will start with the basics of teaching grid references and using simple map features to navigate and progress through to bearings, timings, pacing and using a range of strategies to safely navigate the hills and mountains. But that's not all, by incorporating the skills of NLP and Hypnosis into the course, you'll find that your confidence in your self and your abilities will dramatically improve. Alpine Skiing Breakthrough Weekend & Personal Growth Combo
This is our longest course and represents great value for money. Set to the back drop of the French Alps, based in a luxury catered chalet, Believe are offering a truly life changing experience. The first 2 days of the course follow our established breakthrough weekend programme. During this time Believe will work alongside one of the best instructors the Alps has to offer and help you become the confident skier that you want to be.
